All Applicants Must Submit Separate- Individual Applications ($40 fee per application.)

• Answer all questions completely and attach all requested documentation. Any information that is incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, or discovered as falsified will be grounds for rejection of the application.
• A credit report and criminal background check will be obtained on each adult applicant. A credit score of 650+ is required. Negative reports and/or criminal convictions may result in denial of applicant.
• All rentals require a minimum of a full month’s rent, plus security deposit (equal to two month’s rent), paid by cashier’s check or money order in advance of occupancy. Deposit and rent must be paid in separate funds. Tenants are responsible for purchasing Renter’s Insurance.
